Written on the back of this postcard dated 12 August 1904: "Dear Jack and Hattie, many thanks for last cards. Yes I am still cycling, went to Plessy on Tuesday in a brake and had a lovely day. Hope you are having fine weather and enjoying yourselves. Are you better Hattie? Love from mother and Bessie."
