George William English Fenwick served on the trawlers during the 1930s, and 1940s. George sailed on the Polar Prince in the 1940s as well as the Doraleen and the William Purdy. Often, he took his sons with him on his voyages. These are the oral memories of one of his sons, Nicky Fenwick.
